Corona crisis and how ProKASRO deals with it

INFORMATION ON THE IMPACT OF THE CORONAVIRUS FOR OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS

Due to the ongoing Corona crisis caused by the developing COVID-19 virus, ProKASRO has taken a range of measures to protect the health and safety of our customers, suppliers and employees. We are obligated by law to take all necessary measures to help prevent the spread of the virus and we take this obligation seriously.

To this end, ProKASRO has initiated a two shift working platform for our production and service employees. Shift 1 will work from 06:00 Uhr – 13:45 and shift 2 from 14:00 Uhr – 21:45 Uhr. This will enable our production and service facilities to maintain current output but will minimise contact between our employees.

The majority of our sales team are currently working from home and can be contacted on their usual numbers and email addresses. Similarly, our offices will continue to be staffed and you may place orders using the telephone or email address for your contact.
