Service in the center of America
In November 2017, ProKASRO Mechatronik GmbH launched its first wholly owned service centre in the U.S. state of Colorado under the name “ProKASRO Services USA, Inc.” (abbreviated PSU). This constitutes a major milestone towards our own production site in America.
During 2018, our team worked tirel
essly to establish the facility from an empty unit to a fully functioning service centre. PSU has already proudly received and processed several customer orders at the new premises in Centennial. At the end of June 2018 we were abl
e to deliver the first UV CCU container extension to one of our Canadian customers. Smaller equipment repairs and parts dispatch are an inherent part of daily business. Trained service technicians are employed on site at PSU and if required can be sent directly to the customers within the USA, where they can repair our customer systems.
The complete range of spare parts as well as rental systems are available. The newly assembled PSU team currently numbering four people has set up offices, storage facilities and repair workshops on 500m².
Due to the easier and simpl
y shorter delivery time and the smaller time differences within the USA, spare parts deliveries can be processed speedily, and repairs can be carried out quickly by our qualified service technicians. The Service Centre in Centennial constitutes ProKASRO’s first own tra
ding post in the USA. Further stations are planned for the near future.
